Z916 Male to FV2-Z916A Female Motor Cable Adapter.  Approximately 8 inches  long.  Allows for a controller that uses the Z916 connector to be connected to a motor that uses the Z916A connector. Free shipping to U.S.A. only by USPS  first class package.  International shipping available (see below).  Adapter only.   Nothing else is included.
